We were thrilled to host the Rochester Bridge Build Project again this year on behalf of the Dartford Bridge Community Primary School.
30 of our year 7 students were also lucky enough to take part. The object was to build a scale replica of the Rochester Bridge which students could then walk across once completed. Each student was assigned a job role in relation to the project.
Some of the students commented:
“This is amazing, when can I do it again?”
“I’ve learned a lot about construction, I think I would like to do this as a career”
The RBBP commented on how polite and well behaved the students were, and were also impressed by the level of engagement from all.
