KCC Travel Saver

The KCC Travel Saver is a bus pass that can save parents and pupils up to 50% on the cost of travel to and from school.

  • a resident of Kent (whose household pays Council Tax to a Kent district/ borough council for Kent County Council services)
  • at school in years 7-11, whether the school is in Kent or not.

For most children’s journeys this pass will save you around 50% of what you might pay for an annual season ticket from a bus operator.

The closing date to apply for this is 1 August 2021 to get your pass at the start of the term.

Fastrack Bus Information

The Leigh UTC is situated on the route of the regular and reliable Fastrack service, with a bus stop outside The Leigh UTC building.

Arriva, the operator of the Fastrack bus service has agreed to give students of The Leigh UTC a discount when using the Fastrack A bus route and tickets are purchased on a daily basis.  This discount does not apply to weekly, monthly or annual tickets.

The discount will be given when students show their ID badge to the bus driver.

To ensure delivery of tickets in time for the start of the new Academic Year, we recommend registering now.

Once registered you can select either to receive your monthly pass by post or sent to your mobile phone. This ticket will rollover every month for as long as the direct debit remains active.
