Year 11 – Week Commencing Monday 6th June 2022

Dear Parents/Carers,

We have successfully completed two weeks of examinations and have reached the halfway point of the exams. We are now going into the half term week which gives your son/daughter the opportunity to recharge their batteries, ready for the next set of exams. During half term, we will be offering extra revision sessions on Monday 30th May and Tuesday 31st May. The half term timetable is below. We encourage your son/daughter to attend these sessions. The exams have been a great success due to the positive attitude shown from your son/daughter during their exams, lessons and during their revision sessions.

Monday 6th June

• GCSE – German Paper 4 (Writing) – AM – 1hr 05m/1hr 20m

Tuesday 7th June

• GCSE – Maths Paper 2 h&f – AM – 1hr 30m

Wednesday 8th June

• GCSE – English Literature Paper 2 – AM – 1hr 45m

Thursday 9th June

• GCSE – History Paper 1 Section AB (Germany 1890-1945) – AM – 1hr
• GCSE – Combined Science – Physics Paper 1 h&f – PM – 1hr 15m
• GCSE – Physics Paper 1 – PM – 1hr 45m

Friday 10th June

• GCSE – 8700/02 English Language Paper 2 – AM – 1hr 45m
• GCSE – C490U20 Electronics (Comp 2 Application) – PM – 1hr 30m

Half-Term Revision Timetable

I ask that you make sure that your son/daughter carry on with their revision during the half term, but it is also important that they get time to rest and recharge their batteries ready for their next set of exams after the half term. Thank you again for your continued support.
