Dear Parents/Carers,
Due to the upcoming Teacher strikes due to take place on the 27th April 2023 and 3rd May 2023, we are having to move the date of the Year 8 Parent/Teacher evening to Thursday 4th May 2023.
I would therefore like to invite you to attend our Year 8 Parent and Teacher Evening on Thursday 4th May 2023 from 16:00 to 18:30. The Parent/Teacher appointment will give you the opportunity to work together with your son/daughter’s teachers to review progress to date. It provides the perfect opportunity to address any issues and make any necessary plans for the future to support your child in each of their subject areas.
If you had already booked an appointment for the 27th April, you will keep the same time slot with any teachers that you had booked to meet.

If you have not yet booked any appointments for our parents evening, we do still have slots available and encourage all parents to attend where possible. You can book via our school cloud booking system by clicking this link. The booking system is currently open and will close on Wednesday 3rd May at 21:00. Should you wish to make any changes after this date or are unable to book appointments please contact Miss Toms, our Year 8 Administrator via info@theleighutc.org.uk
If you are unable to attend, it is an expectation that you arrange to make an alternative appointment on a different day with the teacher.
