Dear Parents/Carers,
You are invited to attend the Year 9 Parent/Teacher Evening which will take place on Thursday 23rd March from 16:00 to 18:30. This is a face-to-face event. On arrival, you will be provided with your child’s most recent report which will include the MYP interim grades. You will then have an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with each of their teachers.
Appointments will be available to book online from Friday 3rd March (today) at 17:00 using the ‘SchoolCloud’ portal. To book appointments, please visit: https://theleighutc.schoolcloud.co.uk. SchoolCloud allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers which are then confirmed via email. You will find attached to this letter a parental information guide on how to book appointments easily. If you are faced with any difficulties booking appointments please contact info@theleighutc.org.uk.
Please note that History and Geography will have a combined slot and this will show on the system as ‘Geography’, but the appointment will be for both subjects.
Finally, I will be writing to all parents later in this module to inform you about how the KS4 options process will work.
